Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase. We understand the importance of prompt delivery and work diligently to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. Order aim to be received within 3-5 working days from the date of order.
Communication of Delays
In the rare event of any unforeseen delays in processing or shipping your order, our team will promptly communicate with you where possible. Transparency is our priority, and we want to keep you informed every step of the way.
Where Do We Ship To?
We currently ship most of our products anywhere in the Republic of Ireland providing your order is under 40kg. We currently do not ship internationally.
Collection-Only & Heavy Products
There are a small range of products on our website that are not available for shipping, or are only available for local delivery in the Munster region. These products will be identified on the product page. This is due to the bulky nature of the products. We currently do not ship paint products either due to courier limitations.
Free Building Materials Shipping to Co. Limerick
We are currently trialing a free delivery service on building materials to Co. Limerick. Order value must be over €200 and the delivery address must be in Co. Limerick.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a phone call to arrange delivery. Delivery will vary from order to order, if you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order to ensure that delivery will be possible in the timeframe. Alternatively, all of our building materials and heavy hardware are available for collection from our store free of charge.
Delivery Charges
- For orders under 30kg, the delivery fee is €6.99.
- For orders between 30kg and 40kg, the delivery fee is €14.99.
- For orders of building materials or heavy hardware in the Munster region, delivery is €40 with a minimum spend of €200
- For orders of building materials or heavy hardware to Co. Limerick, delivery is free with a minimum spend of €200
- For orders exceeding 40kg or bulk orders outside of the Munster region, please contact us directly for customised shipping prices.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package as it makes its way to your doorstep.
