Responsibilities:
📞 Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
🔹 Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers
📦 Process orders, quotes, and follow up on inquiries efficiently
🎯 Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships, pursue new leads and business opportunities to expand our customer base
📊 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
🤝 Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or a customer service role (preferably in hardware or a related industry)
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to build relationships with new and existing customers
✔️Excellent organisational and coordination skills to support meetings and track progress
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
✔️ Good knowledge of hardware products and construction materials (preferred)
✔️ Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
